Repeat prescriptions can be requested for registered patients who have discussed this with their GP.
If you have an agreement with your health practitioner which allows for prescriptions between visits they will put a note on your health record so your care team knows this when you contact us. Please discuss this at your next appointment if you are unsure.
If your health practitioner has advised you need an appointment for this prescription, you will be contacted by us via phone or email to make an appointment with your GP, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurses.
Repeat prescriptions take up to 3 working days to process.
You must be able to login as a registered patient to access this service.
There are strict health guidelines all practitioners must follow when providing prescriptions without a consultation. Sometimes this means, to make sure we are doing the right thing by you and your health care needs, we are unable to provide a prescription without an appointment.
In the case of needing to see a health practitioner for a prescription, but unable to get an appointment, a one-month prescription will be given as a stop-gap until you can get an appointment.
Prescription charges will apply without a consultation to cover the costs of administration, nurse, and doctor's time to check your notes and complete your request. We want to make sure you are completely looked after.
Register to order your Prescription
Please make sure you have registered online with our patient portal. You will be able to order here, but can't see your medications without Level 2 access (you can ring us to activate Level 2 Access)
All patients have the right to be fully informed about the results of any tests, investigations, lab results, etc.
It's our practice policy to contact patients with SIGNIFICANT results as soon as possible, after we've been notified of the results by the specialist or laboratory. It's important that you let us know any change in phone numbers and/or address so we can get hold of you.
Unless specifically asked to do so, we don't contact patients with NORMAL results - please let your practitioner know if this is the case
You can check your lab results once they have been signed off by your practitioner through your Patient Portal - you will need to ring the practice to have Level 2 Access activated to see your results
