Repeat prescriptions can be requested for registered patients who have discussed this with their GP.
If you have an agreement with your health practitioner which allows for prescriptions between visits they will put a note on your health record so your care team knows this when you contact us. Please discuss this at your next appointment if you are unsure.
If your health practitioner has advised you need an appointment for this prescription, you will be contacted by us via phone or email to make an appointment with your GP, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurses.
Repeat prescriptions take up to 3 working days to process.
Same day prescriptions need to be ordered by 11am that day, a same day script fee will be applied to your account. If the script is ordered after 11am, it will not be ready until 12pm the next working day.
You must be registered to My Health Portal with level two access to access this service. Please phone the practice if you only have level one access.
